Independent OTA role

Travel Boutique Trip provides independent online travel agency and travel-assistance services, not supplier-operated travel services.

Tours are primary

Tours and vacation packages are the current primary service. Other reservation-assistance categories may be introduced later.

Supplier terms apply

Independent suppliers may control availability, schedules, restrictions, amenities, cancellation conditions, and refund eligibility.

Review before payment

Customers should review names, dates, inclusions, exclusions, fees, supplier terms, and restrictions before authorizing payment.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By using this website, submitting a request, asking for a quote, authorizing a booking, purchasing a travel service, or communicating with Travel Boutique Trip, you agree to these Terms and any supplier terms disclosed for the applicable travel service.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

You must have legal capacity to enter contracts in your applicable jurisdiction and must provide accurate, complete, and current information. If you submit information for other travelers, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that those travelers have been told about the relevant terms.

3. Our agency role

Travel Boutique Trip is an independent online travel agency and travel-assistance provider. It is not an airline, hotel, cruise line, rail operator, car rental company, tour operator, government agency, or the official website of any third-party travel supplier unless expressly stated.

Travel inventory and travel services may be supplied by independent third parties, including tour operators, hotels, resorts, airlines, cruise lines, rail operators, car rental companies, destination-management companies, payment processors, and other travel suppliers.

Travel Boutique Trip may help customers search, plan, request, reserve, or manage travel services. Travel services themselves may be delivered by third-party suppliers. We do not own or operate third-party airlines, hotels, cruise ships, trains, rail networks, rental-car fleets, or tour infrastructure unless a specific service is expressly identified as directly operated by us.

Tours and vacation packages are the current primary service promoted on this website. Travel Boutique Trip may introduce additional travel services, including flight, rail, car-rental, and cruise reservation assistance. The availability and applicable terms for each service will be disclosed when that service becomes available.

4. Quotes, availability, and booking confirmation

Quotes may be time-limited and may change before supplier confirmation. Availability, taxes, exchange rates, inventory, inclusions, exclusions, and customer selections may affect the final price. A quote, request, form submission, or payment authorization is not necessarily a confirmed reservation.

A reservation is confirmed only when the applicable supplier or Travel Boutique Trip issues written confirmation, a confirmed itinerary, or a booking reference for the specific service. Payment alone may not guarantee supplier confirmation if inventory changes, verification fails, or a supplier rejects the request.

5. Customer responsibilities

Before authorizing payment and before travel, customers must verify passenger names and spelling, travel dates, destinations, traveler information, contact details, passport and visa requirements, health or vaccination requirements, baggage conditions, check-in times, supplier restrictions, accessibility needs, and itinerary details.

Destination-entry, passport, visa, customs, transit, and health rules may change. Customers should verify requirements with official authorities, embassies, consulates, carriers, and destination sources.

6. Pricing, taxes, and fees

Displayed prices are examples or starting prices unless expressly stated otherwise. Final prices, fees, inclusions, exclusions, availability, and restrictions must be reviewed before a customer authorizes payment or confirms a reservation.

Prices may include or exclude base travel price, supplier charges, taxes, government-imposed charges, agency or service fees, payment-processing fees, optional add-ons, change fees, cancellation fees, and supplier penalties. Service fee details are currently listed as Service fees, if applicable, will be disclosed during the booking process and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. until the business provides verified fee rules.

Fees may be refundable or non-refundable depending on the supplier rule, the service performed, and the disclosure shown before confirmation. Exact fee amounts should not be assumed unless stated in the quote, invoice, checkout, or written confirmation.

7. Payment authorization and verification

Accepted payment methods, currency, payment processor involvement, verification steps, fraud prevention, and billing descriptors may vary by transaction and should be disclosed before payment authorization. Customers authorize applicable supplier charges and Travel Boutique Trip charges shown before payment.

Foreign-exchange effects, card-issuer fees, bank reviews, payment failures, reversals, and chargebacks may affect a transaction. Do not send complete payment-card numbers by ordinary email, chat, or general contact form.

8. Changes, cancellations, refunds, and supplier terms

Change and cancellation eligibility depends on the specific service, supplier rules, timing, payment status, and applicable law. Review our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

Supplier fare rules, booking conditions, operational decisions, safety rules, schedule changes, route changes, accommodation changes, equipment changes, port changes, vehicle changes, and other service details may apply in addition to these Terms.

9. Travel documents and delivery

Travel documents may be delivered electronically. Customers are responsible for reviewing every document promptly and reporting errors before travel. Name corrections, date changes, or passenger substitutions may be restricted or unavailable under supplier rules.

10. Events outside reasonable control

Severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, government actions, border restrictions, security events, epidemics, system outages, supplier insolvency, transportation disruption, or similar events may affect travel services. Travel Boutique Trip will provide reasonable assistance where available, but supplier and legal rules may control remedies.
