This Cancellation Policy explains how customer-requested and supplier-initiated cancellations may be handled for services supported by Travel Boutique Trip.
Rules vary
Cancellation eligibility depends on the booked service, supplier rules, timing, payment status, and applicable law.
Request is not completion
A cancellation request is not completed until acknowledged and processed through the applicable support or supplier process.
Fees may apply
Supplier penalties, agency fees, fare differences, deposits, and payment costs may affect the outcome when disclosed.
No-show risk
Missed departures, late arrival, or no-show status can reduce or remove cancellation, change, credit, or refund options.
1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to cancellation and change requests for tours, vacation packages, and other travel services Travel Boutique Trip may help arrange or support. It should be read with our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.

2. How to submit a cancellation request

A cancellation request is not completed until acknowledged and processed. If a supplier must approve the cancellation, final status may depend on that supplier's rules and systems.
3. Before and after supplier confirmation
Before supplier confirmation, a request may be easier to stop or revise, but availability and pricing may still change. After supplier confirmation, cancellation conditions may become stricter and may include supplier penalties, non-refundable portions, credits, vouchers, or no available remedy.
4. Partial cancellations and changes
Partial cancellation may affect pricing, room occupancy, package eligibility, tour components, transfers, deposits, taxes, or remaining travelers. Name correction is different from passenger substitution, and suppliers may restrict both. Date or itinerary changes may be treated as cancellation plus rebooking.
5. No-show, missed departure, and same-day travel
A no-show may occur if a traveler misses a departure, fails to check in, arrives late, does not pick up a reserved service, or fails to use a component within supplier rules. No-show status may cancel remaining itinerary segments and may remove refund or credit eligibility.
For emergency or same-day travel issues, contact us and the supplier immediately. Available options may be limited by time, inventory, and supplier rules.
6. Non-refundable and promotional services
Some tours, package components, deposits, special rates, promotional offers, supplier fees, and agency or service fees may be non-refundable or restricted. Current verified service fee details are Service fees, if applicable, will be disclosed during the booking process and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated..
7. Supplier-initiated cancellations
If a supplier cancels or materially changes a service, available options may include rebooking, refund, credit, voucher, waiver, or another supplier-controlled remedy. Travel Boutique Trip will not represent that a cancellation or refund is complete until the relevant process has actually been initiated or confirmed.
8. Fees and authorization before final cancellation
Where reasonably possible, cancellation fees and refundable amounts should be disclosed before final cancellation authorization. Exact outcomes may change if supplier inventory, timing, rules, taxes, or payment status changes.
